Zynove Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Zynove Technologies and our software products, including BookVelo.
We collect information you directly provide to us when you request a quote, sign up for our services, or contact customer support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and business details.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of our services, to process your transactions (via our payment partner, Razorpay), and to communicate directly with you.
We do not sell your data. We share necessary information with trusted third parties, such as Razorpay, solely for the purpose of processing secure payments.
By accessing or using the services provided by Zynove Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Zynove Technologies provides custom software development, web development, and subscription-based SaaS products (such as BookVelo).
You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords and data.
For custom agency work, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full and final payment. For SaaS products like BookVelo, Zynove Technologies retains all core software intellectual property rights.
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our software and agency services. Please review our policies regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.
You may cancel your monthly BookVelo subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
One-time setup fees (e.g., the BookVelo Digital Onboarding Fee) and milestone payments for custom agency web development are non-refundable once work has commenced or domain names have been purchased on your behalf.
If a refund is exceptionally approved by management due to a service failure on our end, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment via Razorpay.
As a provider of digital software, web architecture, and SaaS platforms, Zynove Technologies does not sell physical goods. Therefore, standard physical shipping policies do not apply.
Upon successful payment for BookVelo or our web development services, delivery of the product is conducted digitally. You will receive access credentials, dashboard links, or source code files via the email address provided during registration or checkout.
